GMI are working in partnership with Barratt David Wilson on this 90 acre site on the edge of Scholes village, which has a PAS allocation. An outline planning application for a major new residential scheme on part of the site, comprising around 200 homes and extensive community facilities is currently being prepared. The rest of the site which has capacity for a further 600 houses is being promoted through the Site Allocations Plan process with Leeds City Council.
