Lakeside, Doncaster

Working with Doncaster Council, GMI developed a mixed use office and hotel scheme in response to the Lakeside Masterplan. In addition to bespoke buildings for Keepmoat and Travelodge, GMI also developed several speculative office buildings which were then let and sold to overseas investors.
