Over their many years as well regarded regional developers, GMI have developed dozens of successful schemes in all the various sectors of the commercial and residential property market. These developments have either been undertaken directly in one of their various development vehicles or in joint ventures with other developers, land owners or end investors. In addition to a highly successful 15 year joint venture with Severn Trent, other collaborations have included Scarborough Property Group, Scottish Life and Thornfield Developments.
