Market Street, Clay Cross

Following on from the completion of its major town centre regeneration scheme in Clay Cross comprising a 100,000 sq ft Tesco superstore and a medical centre with pharmacy and adjoining retail units, GMI is now looking to develop the final site that formed part of this complex land assembly programme. Located directly opposite the local hospital, GMI are working with Nottingham Community Housing Association to develop an 11 unit 100% affordable scheme.
