Shipley, Otley Road

Redevelopment of a vacant development site on the edge of Shipley town centre. Having secured detailed planning consent and a pre-let for a new Formula One Autocentre, GMI developed out the scheme on behalf of the company pension fund. Completion was achieved in 2020.
