Trident Business Park, Huddersfield

This heavily contaminated former chemical plant was developed to form a major new Distribution and Business park in Huddersfield. A new head office and 300,000 sq ft Regional Distribution Centre was designed specifically for Poundstretcher. Alongside numerous other industrial occupiers, the scheme also provided new state of the art motor dealerships for both Audi and Mercedes Benz.
